Maybe add 7660 ic?

I was wondering if we feed it 12v from a boosted 5v, then it outputs -12 or close to it.. can we add capacitance multipliers to make ripple and noise down to 1uv or so?

Yes, that's definitely a classic.

No, because the maximum voltage rating is only 10V.

assume feeding it with maximum of 10v then?
