There is also an Altium forum here: https://www.eevblog.com/forum/altium/ But this question is fairly generic anyway, so could stay here.

Why are you trying to draw a generator, are you trying to simulate it?
Usually the advice is not to bother with Altium simulation and use ltspice or micro-cap simulation software.

If you must, you can find signal sources explained here and where to find them: https://www.altium.com/documentation/altium-designer/spice-simulation-guide?version=22#placing-and-configuring-a-source

Are you intending to make a PCB or just drawing to document something?

The link above has the symbol for generator, which you can find in the library and place.
If you are not sure how to search through libraries, find some tutorials.

If its just a quick drawing you can look at some online tools.

Then you've started at the wrong spot or are missing knowledge on how PCBs are designed.

The schematic shown can be made on a breadboard easily, what is the requirement for a PCB?
The generator presumably is what you'll input into the board, so you don't need a symbol for that. What you want is a connector or a test pad to inject the generator signal in.

Either way, watch some tutorials if you haven't already

Yes the connector can be used as shown.
The circuit has an input but no output, you might also what an output connector?

The parameters of the parts are important for the schematic, and the footprint is important for the PCB. So what shape of resistor will be used, if its through hole, etc.

You can simulate to see what effect this filter has on certain frequencies, if you have not already.

Thank you for your response. As you can see, I am still a complete beginner, but I would like to learn how to use Altium Designer. Sorry in advance for the silly questions. I tried again to draw the mentioned circuit in Altium Designer. At the beginning, I created a connector header according to the video you sent me. Can this be done this way in this circuit? Do the parameters still need to be changed? For the inductor, capacitor, and resistors, I changed the parameters to the respective values (capacitance, inductance, etc.) shown in the diagram. Would my circuit approach make sense? Thank you in advance.
Real question, how did you acquire a license? Most people need to have a very comprehensive understanding of electronics to be get a license for a software that costs 10k EUR.

Student license is free while enrolled, trial license is free, etc.

why does someone need to be knowledgeable to have access to something?
could be a student, but there are many other plausible explanations. how about a retired guy in his 70s who wants to learn PCB design as a hobby, heard altium's one of the best, and simply pirated it? who cares? lol
