Need help wiring up a Microphone to my pc GSCH-A-18

I have this headset GSCH-A-18 it's a Helicopter headset,
got the Audio working but i sure don't know how to wire up the microphone since it's all in russian, i'm gonna attach a pdf with the wire diagram.
