need help for identfy component

Hello, I have a car battery charger it is rated 4A, and need to identify sot23-6 (I think SMPS controller) pin 1. Gnd 2. FB 3. ? 4. CS 5. VCC 6. FET GATE.  Marking 2259 13121G. Thanks for help.

Or how can I pick another controller, what main characteristics to look at?

I could find nothing matching those markings and numbers.
But it looks very close to On-Bright OB2262 same pinout. Original might be made by them as a guess "OB2259" which it could be? But no data. Sometimes they make crap IC's and erase them from the Internet lol.
Normally I would expect something else to have died in the charger, like the capacitors or mosfet etc.
Another sub is SG6848TZ in SOT23-6, or Chip Rail CR6848S. Both are 70kHz as well.

This website is maybe OK to ID SMPS IC's, it does need an update though. https://remont-aud.net/ic_power/

Thanks for help! Yes, here was burn out more components (MOSFET, resistors... ) I already replaced them, but still not working. Only this sot23-6 left... I will check your advice later. Thanks.

I'm guessing maybe it's a pin to pin replacement for an OB2281.
