Can anyone help identify the MCU in attached pic? I thought it was a Intel 8049 processor, but the connections are just getting to weird. Web searches dont bring up anything for a SC80497

Some pinouts i've worked out:

Pin 1 & 2: Crystal 3.579MHz
Pin 38 & 40: 5V
Pin 20 & 21: Gnd
Pin 39: Reset(?)

Motorola mask programmed microcontroller, most likely an MC6801 or MC6805 variant (the HC versions were not available in 1981).
