So, I was looking for a pcb manufacturer here in Brasil and one of them says they are capable of doing MID 3D. Well, what is, exactly, MID 3D? What softweare do they use to engeneere the parts?

Molded interconnects. Basically putting pieces of copper in plstic to create custom interconnects. typically used for things like car taillights etc...
such things are typically designed using Catia CBD
