calculate design e.g. quad 303 amplifier board

Hi All,

Any pointers in getting started on howto to completely calculate (by hand or SW) e.g. a quad 303 amplifier board or in general any other design.

Am curious about how to Pro's would tackle this.

If you want to know more about audio power amps, Cordell and Self wrote whole books on that (both titled "design of audio amplifiers" or similar). Cordell covers more topologies, Self is more autistic about detailed analysis

Maybe i need to clarify: i meant with calculate doing the math of the circuit before building.

I recommend you take Magic’s advice. I have both books and you will learn a lot from them. All the math you need is in them. I recommend both books as they are different takes on the same subject and you will gain a great deal of insight.
