Is this PCB scratch going to be a big deal?

Looks like it just exposed some soldermask. You can see the copper trace still so the copper trace width is unaffected. It’s a tiny scratch too anyways.
Another potential problem is shorts. But the only thing I could feasibly see shorting out on that trace is with the nearby heatsink, but from the looks of it the heatsink is already connected to the trace! Meaning shorting them out will do absolutely nothing.
Unless you have uber sensitive RF components that operate on black magic nearby, which I really really doubt, I don’t think this scratch is going to have any affect whatsoever on this circuit.
There’s nothing to worry about.

The heatsink is actually raised off the board slightly by spacers/studs.

If you are really concerned about this scratch  then you can buy a tube of UV curable solder mask and patch this spot.

I had similar issue one of my instrument on very thin trace than yours. I was more worried about corrosion eating exposed traces away.
