Identify N Channel MOSFET such as a FQPF13 10 without markings?

Is there a way to identify a MOSFET like a FQPF13N10 if it’s not marked?

If you do a full parameter test, maybe.
I have been doing intensive testing of IGBTs and it’s very hard to have a test method that both covers your requirements, capabilities and the manufacturers approach.
Are you talking about counterfeit components or “anonymized“ ones?
