Identify smd component

I am trying to identify this object I think it is some kind of mosfet maybe I have tried to google it but with no luck

It is in a cable locator transmitter Rycom brand

I am hoping to buy it

1) We have a topic called "What's this component please" use it.
2) You really have to post a picture of it or there is no chance whatsoever to identify it.
