I need help identifying some components("DDR", "SAF")

I need help identifying some components on the motherboard of a GoPro camera. I have taken pictures of them.

    The first component is labeled "DDR" and is connected to the camera lens.
    The second component is labeled "SAF" and is connected to the USB IC. One of its pins has 5 volts.

I have attached the photos of these components.
