How to fully test 2nd hand keysight n9020a spectrum analyzer to find any issue?

This is the first post in eevblog. 

I bought a second hand keysight n9020a spectrum analyzer,
There's no quality warranty,but I can ask for refund if I found any quality issue in 1 week.

I already read some manual from keysight website,but has no idea how to test the spectrum analyzer for finding any hide quality issue.

Question:how to fully test spectrum analyzer like keysight n9020a,to make the machine works well in next 5years?
