How to make this Footprint for AD

i have scour the net for info but it's seems i cant get no satisfaction from where i am  :scared:

i'm not sure how this Macom RF Pulse Transformer is installed on a PCB.

You should manually bend its pins before soldering to PCB. https://matr.com/lead-forming/

I see a few options here. Most common is lead forming as xvr already mentioned (either in THT or SMT form). The other option is to route a hole in the PCB and put the thing in the hole.
