how to identify smd dual capacitor

Hi all. I am as green as it goes so sorry in advance. I have this part that I so far identified as an dual transistor but I am not sure. I would like to ask you if someone could identify  the value of it or at least is it rely what I think it is. It is from clarion cdc4-00 (model pu-2590a) on some kind molex connector and its designation is fil203. So far I have searched google for four days for any documentations on that model of changer or connector and came out flat  I will try to attach photo of the part but given as it is my first aptempt posting at any kind of forums it will probably go awry

capacitor? transistor? Hard to say but it looks like some sort of largish surface mount passive device.  Fil == Filter?  I'd guess capacitor just looking at it but maybe a ferrite bead. It's not clear are more than just 2 contacts. Seems like everything but the transistor is labeled filxxx.  What is the blue device on the far side of the PCB?  a connector?

Yes, the blue device is a 12 pin connector, and a blown out component definitely had  3 pins.

Measure the dimension and look for a replacement.
