This is likely impractical. You could, of course, use a lens to project the EVF image onto a screen. But, as a result of the magnification, it would be too dim to be useful in most environments (and EVFs aren't usually very bright to start with).
You could conceivably build a very large (=very expensive) eye-piece with a high magnification that can be used at a distance. But unlike a screen it would have a very narrow viewing angle.
This trade-off is fundamental (energy conservation). There is no way to have magnification and preserve both brightness and viewing angle with a passive optical system.
