Please tell me the correct way. The software works, but the USB and DSO3D12 cannot be connected.

たぶんUSBドライバーの不一致だと思うが、ドライバーの再インストールが必要なのかもしれません。

試しにhttp://www.isme.fun/?log=blog&id=34 でも同様だった

You have to follow the directions 100% to the letter. Did you press the power button and keep it pressed? You need to keep it pressed until the transfer is complete.

The file software Upgrade_Tools_V1.5.8.exe may be available in English.

The file I got had pictorial and text files explaining the process in English. The program itself was not in English.
