why is it so many folks on here have nothing better to do than try to belittle people for there writing / grammar skills,it pisses me off!, Does any other folks find this irritating as well?.
It's a matter of courtesy to your readers to try and make your posts easy to read and understand -- especially when you are asking them for free help. It would go a long way if you adhere to punctuation conventions:
- A space is required after each of the ",.!?:;" punctuation marks.
- The ! and ? marks will end a sentence just fine. There is no further "," or "." following them.
- The letter which starts a new sentence is capitalised.
- As 807 said, do start a new sentence where a thought ends. Don't write long cascades of comma-separated sentences.
These may seem like nitpicking, but they make your writing easier to grasp, because they make the sentence structure clearer.
