Hi,
Can someone please help me identify the SOT-23 component in the picture below?
I looked up for 19WCA, I9WCA, 19W and I9W, but got nothing relevant.

I think the company remarked the IC.

BAT721C is L9*, W means it was made in China.
Though slightly different marking, maybe just due a different manufacturer.
