I would like help to identify the vintage of this radio. all I know is it's somewhere between 1930-49. If anyone know something I'd appreciate it. Also is the circle with the 17 and other illegible text the date code. Thanks

I would also like to know how much people think it would sell for, I plan on cleaning it up and recapping it to get it working. I saw one on eBay sell for around $300

You have your answer but I will add this.
One of the images listed patents covering this unit. It was produced no earlier than the issue date of the last patent (the one with the highest number). Could be a lot later, of course.
