No one can specify a heatsink without details of the power dissipation and acceptable temperature rise, or whether its convection cooled or forced airflow etc.

The LM317T is is a standard TO220 package, so you should be looking for "TO220 heatsink" rather than "LM317 heatsink".

Here are three different models that will work for a TO-220 package that I've used.
But, you need to calculate the model and height you need.
