Please identify this Hall-Sensor-Chip

I am looking for a datasheet of the Hall-Sensor chip in these pictures.
The numbers to don't come up in google.
May be someone has used this sensor before and give a hint of who the manufacturer is?

If that is a qr barcode silkscreened on the back of the device,
then scanning it with a qr  barcode app on your phone may reveal a manufacturer

Looks like a Chinese made one. http://item.taobao.com/item.htm?id=18546230854.
You'll have to contact them for the datasheet. It will likely be in Chinese. I use Google translate to translate the datasheet. It's a pain.

BTW, this is not a typical Hall Sensor, as I expected...
It is a Programmable True power on sensor
