can someone explain these mosfet configuration,
as i cannot understand this switch how it is working with body diode in anti parallel configuration.

The diodes won't conduct until the voltage across them approaches the diodes Vf (~0.5v for a typical MOSFET at room temperature).  In the screenshot of Daves video he has shown what the burden voltage of each of those resistors is at full scale, and they are all well below the Vf of a body diode.  The diodes will conduct in the event of an overload which will help protect the sense resistors.
