EasyEDA to Eagle?

If I look at parts available on LCSC.com they only offer EasyEDA models. Is there a way to export to Eagle 7?

Without really knowing, probably not. But in most cases it should be a standard footprint which Eagle should have so all you really have to do is the schematic symbol.
