ir pre heaters

hi guys i built my own ir preheater with 300 watt quartz ir lamps with indutrial ramp and soak controller and it seem to hold the pcb at a set temperature after it has finnished ramping but it is very bright and was hoping to be a be able to use it with my microscope and i was worried about effect o my eyes is there any solutions or am worrying about nothing
