This came in a box along with a PCB. My 1st printed circuit board.. It writes a dark brown line.

It’s a pen. For writing. Looks like it might still have the protective rubber drop on the tip. (Those are on new ballpoint pens to stop them from drying out before use.)

I got one of those with my last order from them. It is indeed a pen. Take the rubber bit off.
Incidentally if you’re a pyromaniac like me, yes it is flammable

Oh nice. That stuff spontaneously combusts. Ive been engulfed in a couple of fireballs before and it didn’t put me off. You’re clearly more intelligent than me

it is a manual analog mono printer / plotter. Complete with the storage cover. some were highly prized in the 20th century.
