Not that soldering is the correct choice, it should be done correctly wire and terminal should have solder melted together not jammed together after solder melts. Also as many of these are used in automotive  soldering is a poor choice most of the time.

soldering wires is the worst option... soldering is suitable only for low power or in cases where there is absolutely no other option. high power and soldered joints doesn't mix well.. the joint will crack even without mechanical vibrations just by thermal expansion and contraction cycles (joint has a higher resistance than the wire so it gets hotter under load).
