たぶんUSBドライバーの不一致だと思うが、ドライバーの再インストールが必要なのかもしれません。

試しにhttp://www.isme.fun/?log=blog&id=34  でも同様だった

You have to follow the directions 100% to the letter.  Did you press the power button and keep it pressed?  You need to keep it pressed until the transfer is complete.
