Your question is not sufficiently specific to understand the nature of your problem. What did you try? What problems did you run into? What information have you found?
I would mport the data in a spreadsheet of choice or in MATLAB or whatever you are familiar with. Convert the measured values to real voltage / current values based on attenuation / conversion ratios (so multiply voltage by 20, multiply current by 10 mV/A). Use the equation at the top of that application note to calculate instantaneous power at each point in time, and from that you can calculate the average (arithmetic mean) power across one cycle.
If you have a fancy scope, then you should be able to do all of this inside the scope (scale the channels, add and multiply, and cycle mean).
