Beginner - tool recs

Hi all, new here on the forums. Not so new at having an electronic technician diploma, but personal lab experience is at 0%. So I wanna build a small starters home lab, I wanna git gud at electronics.
Topics id be interested are audio and video circuit design, wireless transmission, synths, and some industrial process electronics too, with motors and stuff. All of this will come to realization later, I have quite a way in front of me to sharpen my skills, but those are the approximate goals. Maybe some will shape out to be in more favor than the other, but that's all later for me to discover.
What I need is Multimeter (pair?) and Oscilloscope recommendations now (and maybe some additional testers I might need too), for those applications, so that maybe I don't buy twice down the road. Other basic tools are covered and PSU's will be as projects. Thanks yall guys, cheers!
