What are these components?

The pics below are from a board taken from a fax machine.

The components I need help identifying are the ones looking like tiny vacuum tubes, but with only 2 legs. They are 13mm tall (not including the legs) with a diameter of 5.5mm. Their legs are in holes that seem to be 200mil apart (~5mm)

They have the lines "351M" and "TM1 J" on them. The light grey socket near them is a RJ11 socket. The small rectifier bridge marked Z61D on one of the pics is just a tad shorter than an optocoupler, and the same width.

I have no idea what these components are, since I've never seen one of these before (that I can recall).

Those are gas discharge tubes, used for overvoltage (lightning) protection.

Voltage surge suppressors. Some form of gas-discharge bulb - not unlike a neon indicator.
