Need help identifiying SMD component (again |O )

Here is one more (GALRNM), looks like LDO, but can find any data yet.
Maybe someone knows which part number this is?

That's an SMPS. A buck converter, to be more precise. The adjacent inductor is a dead giveaway.
Pin 1 is the supply input, pin 2 gnd, pin 3 possibly an enable pin or simply not connected, pin 4 is the feedback, pin 5 is the switched output.
No idea about the exact part number.

TNANK YOU once more again for the quick response and correct information!
Thing is: before I made request for help here, I was whole day researching for that part number and was on onsemi web side as well, but as you saw, without success.
