Simplest circuit 5v to on switch
« on: July 08, 2024, 02:38:48 pm »
Hi

Can you help me with the simplest circuit you can think of to do a "timed on" switch when 5vol.is present and keep on for 2 seconds..  i need that an old android phone (connected to 5v when car ignition is on) can turn on by wiring cables to the power on button.... need 2 seconds to be switch on or closed to make it turn on when 12v to 5v is present.... to turn off simply disconnect power... just need the turning on part. i have Res caps mosfets arround and the complex task to solder wires in the s4 i9500 (phone no battery just 5v attached + diode and redistor)  power on button....
if you have another idea welcome....
SUMMARY:
i just want to turn on my old s4 from off with a very fast booting ROM and my custom APP autoexecuted (all working that part) AS SOON AS car ignition is on.. phone is now directly to 5v
