Just do not break the power transistors (Usually BeO is used as the insulator between the die and the mounting base), not generally a problem unless you start crushing or grinding the power sand.

The stuff is genuinely nasty, and you really do not want it getting into an open wound or your lungs, but as long as it is contained in the transistors it is not a problem.

Regards, Dan.

There is probably some beryllium based ceramic inside - popular for HF stuff.
To the best of my knowledge: The ceramic should be stable and as such safe, but if it cracks, chips or otherwise produces particles, the particles can be dangerous when inhaled/ingested. As such you should be careful when disassembling the module to avoid scratching or breaking of the ceramics.

BeO is typically used in RF power components, such as transistors and loads/attenuators.

Just do not break these ones, otherwise, nothing to worry about.
