36V Golf Cart Charger to Ruideng Supply

How would you approach this?

The charger is exactly like this: https://www.petesgolfcarts.com/chargers-batteries/chargers/36-volt/dpi-36-volt-golf-cart-battery-charger-crowsfoot-connector

It has a battery sensing circuit that switches a relay on the AC mains side, so it does not energize the huge transformer until the voltage is right. I thought about bypassing that relay but it is nice to be able to shut it off when not in use. I guess I could wire a mechanical switch.

Then I suspect it will not output the full beans because it's a smart charger, so I could tap the wires coming off the rectifiers, but I suspect there is some regulation that would be advantageous to use. Maybe not as the main circuit looks pretty basic. I think it should put out at least 42V.

A drawback is that the main circuit sits next to the analog current meter. It would be nice to use the analog meter and have the Ruideng display next to it, but that circuit and sheet metal would need to be moved.

I'd put 3x lead acid batteries across it, use it as intended, then power the Ruideng from the battery bank

I'd likely use SLA/VRLA/Gel Cell batteries rather than car style batteries

But I'm both lazy and dodgy
