Why wont my LED work in this circuit.
« on: May 15, 2014, 03:29:53 pm »
I have made a homing light/follow me home light circuit which uses some capacitors to power a relay coil to keep the headlights on for about 15 seconds, but the LED wont work when the second relay is active.

The second relay does make a clack sound and the LED is hooked up to the same circuit by wont work and the LED works fine.

And should I add a diode to the coil of the second relay?

Please reverse the LED (NC of left relay is ground) and it's not a bad idea to add a freewheeling diode.
