Nokia AC10-X micro USB charger (fake?)
« on: January 10, 2014, 02:35:19 pm »
Photos of a Nokia AC10-X charger sold as genuine.

The quality isn't terrible but I suspect it is a fake. The velcro strap for the cable was white unlike any photograph I have seen.

Does anyone have what they believe to be a genuine one to compare with the photos?

This charger is supposed to be a suitable and popular one for powering Raspberry Pis so there is a bit of electronic interest.

I have a Nokia AC10-E, and didn't noticed any difference, except the enormous plug on the 10-X ;D.
Same print, with same quality. And white strap. Sure mine is an original one (bought some years ago with a Nokia phone), so I don't think yours is a fake.

Thanks for that. I have a similar and probably genuine AC6-X and it just looks better quality.

Now everything is supposed to standardize on micro USB and you won't get chargers with phones etc you are left with the problem of finding a decent charger for yourself.
