I haven't done much designs on Altium since i installed it, just 2 boards for a micromouse robot contest in college, but it just used passives, op-amps, 74xx series ICs and a eeprom memory, nothing too exciting. The components where very easy to find with the libraries I downloaded. Now I need some micros for another project and I just cannot find Altium libraries for any of them... I'm using Altium Designer Release 10, and I've downloaded the Atmel and the Microchip libraries from : "
http://www.altium.com/community/libraries/en/libraries_home.cfm
" (summer 9) but I can find no records on
Atmega328p, Atmega32u4
or any of the micros used in the Arduino boards.

Yep, there aren't any. You'll need to make the parts yourself. The 328p has the same pin out as the old 8s, so you can use that at a pinch.

In AD10, you should be able to find these parts in the Vault. The ones you can download from the Altium web site are no longer being updated.
