I bet it is very handy for parts you can not get anymore,
i bet when you got it , you were trying to think of things to print,
and it is good it is getting quicker to print things now days,
but you do have to know how to set it up,
i think a lot that get them use pre made files,
a wile ago i helped another ham on the FT-817 group, set up his data interface, and he said that he had a 3d printer
and if there was some thing that i needed, and i asked him to make a soldering iron tip holder, as i have Metcal irons ,
and he told me to look on thingiverse, so i did and found one in seconds, it is a great site, the stand was for a different make so all i had to do was open up the holes about 0.5mm,
Thanks again Dave
