EEVblog 1556 – SolaRoad Solar Cycleway FAILS, AGAIN!

To everyones shock, a SolaRoad cycleway installation in Maartensdijk in Utrecht province of the Netherlands only produed 26% of it’s projected output, AGAIN! When will this nonsense stop?
