are builders-equipment.com and constructionswarehouse.com legit?

I found two apparently related websites offering used test equipment:

http://constructionswarehouse.com

Some of them seem to be very good deals, with far lower prices than on eBay. For example:

Agilent MSO6104A for $4,309 (list price $22,895)
Anritsu MS2721B for $2,729 (list price $13,950)
FLIR B400 for $1,925 (list price $13,495)

However, I'm also seeing a few red flags:

1. The prices alone make them seem too good to be true.
2. The company is selling hacked FLIR E4's. This strikes me as pretty unprofessional.
3. There is also a listing for a FLIR camera that mentions three different models (T300, T360 and T400) but doesn't clarify which one it is. What's even more suspect is that the listing says the camera is calibrated up to 2,000 °C, whereas FLIR doesn't offer that high of a temperature range except on the very high-end cameras.

So does anyone know if this company is legit?

I've done some more research, and they do appear to be scams. Another red flag is that they do not accept PayPal or credit card. So you should probably not buy from these sites.
