Heathkit IB-5281 RLC bridge

Boy, when did I get this Heathkit RLC bridge from eBay... I think 12 years ago. Did some modifications and added an internal power supply.





The ugliest "asset tag" I ever seen

Wow, the outside of the thing is so clean... was it restored or was it already like that? Pretty nice! (shame about that asset tag)
I like those banana-to-alligator adapters too!

Yes the front panel is in like new condition, even not yellowed. The case did not receive a restoration, just basic cleaning, nothing fancy. But there are some spots from either some beige liquid paint or spills of a solvent of some sort, weird enough inside the box too, could not get rid of those.

The alligator clips i think it was my mod and i recall i soldered them to the banana sockets, cant remember why, perhaps to make it easier to connect/disconnect parts for testing.
