Is there any evidence of a signal going to the missing FT232 chip?

If you can dump the firmware and make it publically available there might be evidence of a manufacturer inside or at least maybe someone can do some tweaks on it.

Can you shoot a link to that CNC machine? Can't quite make out the model in your video.

I assume you think its worth the coin invested?

Thank you Mike.  I shall be getting the other offline controller, DDCSV1.1 .  If you compare the sale figures on Taobao, it can be very helpful in getting the correct "cheap" controller.

Will be interesting to compare the two units.
One issue I've found with the one I have is if you pause, re-zero and restart a job  something odd happens to the offsets (tool crashy time!) , so safest to reload the file.

Other than that it seems happy running an 8000-odd line file doing a pocket with 0.01mm pass depth for the next-but-one video....

Hi Mike, are you still using this controller, I bought one and fiddling with some understandable keys. how do I configure the probe? how do I configure work coordinate systems, the machine is working and homing, but that is mostly it. I also can't get the spindle frequency less than 24 which is its minimum, there is no minimum to configure...thanks a lot

Can you enlighten me in setting the working coordinates, and about the min spindle frequency.
